Kingdom Investment Corporation Limited formed its tourism and hotel brand investment arm in Singapore, under a variable capital company structure, as a special purpose vehicle to invest or acquire ownership of operating hotels, hotel management companies, and other tourism-related businesses, including aviation, yachting, and tourism planning.
