Business Model

KICL's core business is focused on international trade and finance. It invests in companies that strive to create a global business platform, enabling them to leverage KICL’s strengths in international business development. In today's globalized world, more businesses are seeking to expand their operations beyond traditional markets. However, without the necessary expertise and networks, entering or expanding into lobal markets can be expensive, time-consuming, and risky. KICL's business concept is based on capitalizing on these opportunities by offering a comprehensive range of global business solutions to help clients navigate their international endeavors smoothly, cost-effectively, and within a reasonable timeframe. KICL Group concentrates on identifying the factors that drive change and bridges capital and ideas to create new opportunities. We invest human and financial capital in companies and projects within markets where our knowledge and experience can identify emerging commercial opportunities resulting from global shifts.

Strategy

KICL's strategy is to establish an "Investment Incubation Entity" by adopting the Adaptive Organization Approach (AOA) as a methodology to shape its strategic directions in response to both external and internal market opportunities and threats. The goal of KICL is to become an investment holding company that capitalizes on the exceptional business prospects in Asia's emerging markets. By leveraging qualified human capital and optimizing available financial resources, KICL's core strategy revolves around securing and developing its investment and business portfolio.

Operation

It is KICL’s goal to forge ahead with speed, proficiency, excellence, and efficiency. As part of our commitment to ensure this, we are constantly engaged in research, acquiring market intelligence, studying future trends, and capitalizing on viable business opportunities within emerging market swiftly and effectively. We firmly believe that our ability to learn and apply new ideas faster than our competition is our leading source of sustainable competitive advantage. Even a slight disparity in knowledge and ability can set us apart and provide the winning edge in a particular transaction. Furthermore, in this ever-evolving landscape, we believe the future belongs to the competent – those who excel in their roles, possess critical knowledge, and consistently achieve results with efficiency and effectiveness. We therefore prioritize the comprehensive development of our professionals, ensuring their continuous growth and expansion of their knowledge base. As demonstrated in the financial world, we must continue to learn in order to thrive through market crosscurrents.

Founder's Vision

The vision of KICL is to deliver quality services on a global scale, while at the same time establishing itself as a profit-oriented company. We firmly believe that brainpower is our primary resource in realizing our vision, and by leading through example, we aspire to promote it as a fundamental concept within the corporate landscape. Harnessing this invaluable resource enables the generation of wealth without significant investment in fixed assets. Inspired by this concept, we decided to put our focus on unleashing the main driving forces of our company, which we believe are derived from intangible assets such as human capital, organization capital, information capital, culture capital, leadership capital, brand value, and customer loyalty. While in conventional practices a company is valued from the perspective of its balance sheet, we think differently. Our approach centers around the brains, minds, and hearts of the people who work with us, cherishing their incredible talents, gifts, connections, and ideas, and providing them the perfect environment to unlock their full potential for the benefits of their personal growth and the overall success of the company.
